VWI-Alumnae / VWI-Alumni: Die früheren Fellows des Instituts
Mit dem Abschluss jedes akademischen Jahres wird die Zahl der VWI-Alumni und VWI-Alumnae, der früheren Fellows des Instituts größer: Das Wiener Wiesenthal Institut für Holocaust-Studien (VWI) beabsichtigt, im Laufe der Jahre ein Netzwerk seiner Fellows zu etablieren, mit ihnen durch Einladungen zu Vorträgen und Konferenzen, eventuell sogar auch zu kleineren Forschungsaufenthalten, durch die Publikation ihrer Arbeiten auch in den weiteren Jahren in Verbindung zu bleiben, ihre akademischen Karrieren auf diese Weise weiter zu verfolgen und zu fördern.
Seit dem akademischen Jahr 2012/2013 verbringen mehrere Fellows ein Semester oder ein akademisches Jahr am VWI um ein Forschungsthema hier auszuarbeiten. Nach Abschluss ihres Forschungsaufenthaltes baten und bitten wir sie, sich mit einem kleinen Essay, einem Klappentext oder einem Video an das inspirierendste Buch zu erinnern, das sie während ihres Aufenthalts in der VWI-Bibliothek gelesen oder studiert hatten, die wir dann unter #InspiringBooksVWI auf Facebook veröffentlichen.
Der akademische Werdegang, die wissenschaftliche Biographie der ehemaligen Fellows ist hier nur bis zum Zeitpunkt ihres Forschungsaufenthaltes am VWI wiedergegeben und wird nicht aktualisiert.
