The Vienna Wiesenthal Institute for Holocaust Studies (VWI) is an international research institute co-founded by Simon Wiesenthal.

The Institute’s three core areas—research, Documentation and outreach—focus on all issues related to antisemitism, genocide, racism, nationalism and the Holocaust, including its prehistory and aftermath.

The VWI also coordinates the Austrian EHRI-AT consortium of the European Holocaust research Infrastructure (EHRI-ERIC).
